We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Tracking and Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping
If shipping is within the United States, you can expect to receive your order within 3 business days. If shipped from Ukraine, delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the U.S. postal services.
Within the USA, shipping is operated by UPS, DHL, and USPS. In the future, we will also add FedEx, Meest Express, and others.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders within the US or those exceeding $150.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact info@zarubastore.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
